Mark Thompson

Mark Thompson is the Director of Sales at Summer Street Advisors, where he leads business development initiatives and client relationship efforts across the commercial real estate industry. He brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, alternative investments, and institutional distribution.

Prior to joining Summer Street Advisors, Mark served as Director of Debt & Equity at Calamar, where he originated and structured debt and equity solutions for development and investment projects nationwide. He previously led national accounts and capital formation efforts at Sequence Financial Specialists and held senior roles at Merrill Lynch, CME Group, and UBS Securities.

Throughout his career, Mark has worked extensively with lenders, private equity firms, developers, family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors. He earned a BA in Business Administration and Management from Villanova University and holds FINRA Series 24, 7, 65, 63/66, and 55 registrations.
