Courtney Mullen is a commercial real estate executive whose strategic leadership has helped drive the growth and operational transformation of Summer Street Advisors, LLC (SSA), a national advisory firm with more than $10 billion in completed transactions and due diligence assignments.

Rising through increasingly senior leadership positions, Mullen has played a pivotal role in scaling SSA’s operations and expanding its national presence. During her tenure, she has helped support 250% revenue growth, 42% expansion in the firm’s institutional client base, and the execution of 1,200+ advisory engagements annually across diverse commercial real estate asset classes.

As Vice President of Operations, Mullen oversees the firm’s core business functions, including strategic operations, business development, project management, marketing, human resources, and client relations. Leading a nationwide network of more than 1,000 professionals,

across four departments, she has spearheaded initiatives that have improved operational margin efficiency by 170.2%, strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver complex advisory services at scale.

Working closely with executive leadership, Mullen helps shape SSA’s long-term business strategy, aligning organizational priorities with growth opportunities and evolving client needs.

Beyond commercial real estate, Mullen previously served as President of KITO, a nonprofit supporting vocational education in Tanzania, reflecting her longstanding commitment to leadership, education, and community impact.
