Prior to joining the Summer Street Advisors team, Alex worked for Spinoso Real Estate Group in Syracuse, New York, one of the nation’s leading enclosed mall operating and investment platforms. As a leasing analyst, he supported the team in the analysis of value-add property assignments. Alex has experience in leasing, retail real estate, and financial modeling.
Currently, Alex is an analyst supporting the underwriting and appraisal review line of businesses. Alex earned his Bachelor of Science from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University in May of 2023, holding degrees in Finance and Real Estate.
