Luke Ceccoli

Prior to joining the Summer Street Advisors team, Luke spent a year with the property management team at Newmark in Stamford, Connecticut.  Before that, he worked for a year with Spinoso Real Estate Group in Syracuse, New York, one of the nation’s leading enclosed mall operating and investment platforms. Luke has experience in leasing, property management, and financial modeling and valuations.

Currently, Luke assists with underwriting and due diligence assignments, while also supporting the company’s asset management and appraisal review lines of business. Luke obtained his Bachelor of Science from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University in May of 2023, holding degrees in Real Estate, Finance, and Accounting.
