Summer Street Advisors, LLC (SSA), a national commercial real estate advisory firm with more than $10 billion in completed transactions and due diligence assignments, today announced the promotion of Courtney Mullen to Vice President of Operations.

The promotion recognizes Mullen’s role in SSA’s growth, helping scale its operations and national reach. During her tenure, SSA has achieved:

• 250% revenue growth
• A 42% increase in its institutional client base
• More than 1,200 advisory engagements a year across commercial real estate asset classes

As Vice President of Operations, Mullen will oversee strategic operations, business development, project management, marketing, human resources and client relations. She leads a nationwide network of more than 1,000 professionals across four departments. Her initiatives have improved the firm’s operational margin efficiency by 170.2%, strengthening SSA’s ability to deliver complex advisory services at scale.

Courtney Mullen will work closely with SSA’s executive leadership on the firm’s long-term strategy, aligning its priorities with new growth opportunities and changing client needs.

Outside commercial real estate, Mullen previously served as President of KITO, a nonprofit that supports vocational education in Tanzania.
